The Inspiration Behind the Bvlgari Octo Finissimo x Laurent Grasso

Filming, editing and color grading for a Bvlgari Watches piece around the Octo Finissimo x Laurent Grasso. A visual interview between contemporary art and watchmaking.

This film explores the meeting point between Bvlgari’s watchmaking universe and Laurent Grasso’s artistic approach around the Octo Finissimo. The challenge was to create a piece able to connect spoken word, contemporary creation and a luxury object. It all had to sit within the same visual language.

The filming and editing were approached like a premium interview format. They balance narrative, on-screen presence and the presentation of the watch itself. Each shot needed to serve the speech, the gesture and the sculptural quality of the piece.

On this project, I handled filming, editing and color grading. The goal was to create a film that feels elegant, precise and immersive, fully aligned with the communication codes of a luxury watch house. The grading plays an important role in unifying speech, material and atmosphere.

This kind of editorial content requires a complete videographer approach. It combines interview direction, visual storytelling and high-end finishing.
