This unboxing video presents the Bvlgari Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon, revealed during Watches and Wonders Geneva. The goal was to let the opening gesture gradually introduce the watch as an exceptional object.
The film focuses on the details of the piece, the thinness of the case and the way the materials read on camera. With a total thickness of only 1.85 millimetres, the Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon embodies an extreme pursuit of precision, compactness and watchmaking mastery.
The visual approach had to remain sober and precise. Each shot supports the reveal of the watch, from the packaging to the first handling moments, while preserving the premium and technical nature of the piece.
On this project, I worked as camera operator and editor. The challenge was to create a fluid vertical format for social media, translating both the unboxing experience and the milestone dimension of this Bvlgari creation.
